1. Roll Out of Bed Easily – One of my best life hacks is waking up in the morning. I have a routine that I do, but my alarm goes off at 6:00 AM, every morning. So I wake up at 6:15 AM and roll out of bed. This way, I’m fresh and ready to go.

A secret to getting out of bed is to face the floor away from the edge of the bed. If you face the edge of the bed, you’re more likely to turn over and go back to sleep.

2. Set Your Alarm In Ten Minutes – Setting your alarm too early, like 7:00 AM, is too stressful.

Get out of bed earlier. Let the sun gradually wake you up before getting out of bed.
